You’ve Got A Friend!

When you are at a crossroads of no where to go and don’t know what to do, remember that Jesus is always there with you and in you. When He said I will never leave you nor forsake He means it.

Have you been knocked down by your struggles? Have you been afflicted by life’s affliction? Hit rock-bottom and no way out?

The bible says that He is the way, the truth and the life. He has overcome death so we may have life to the fullest! If this rings a bell then there’s no need for you to lose hope. He is our hope and He will bring us to a place where we are victorious!

Just like a storm, it doesn’t always stormy. You may go through the storms of life but it doesn’t guarrantee that you will just end there. Others may see you knocked down but you know through Him you can surpass it. Draw strength from Him. His Joy is your joy. No matter what life throws you. He has equipped you to make it and go through it.

Jesus is a friend that we can cling on and hang on to. All we need to do is to call upon the name of the Lord. When He ascended heaven, He didn’t say it’s the end of it all but He said He will leave His Spirit, a Helper for us to fellowship, someone we can talk to and someone who will guide us. When we fellowship with the Holy Spirit, it’s like fellowship with a normal friend. He brings everything to our remembrance.

Call upon His name. Call Him. Fellowship with Him.

No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you. ( John 15:15 ESV )

Jesus is a friend that we can always call on and rely on.

You see, He calls us friends and not servants. As you see, a friend is someone who knows you from inside out, knows your weaknesses and strengths. Someone who knows you when you are about to give up. He is a friend that we can talk to, fellowship with and call anytime of the day.

If you think you have no friends, Jesus is the special friend we can always have.
