Our God

When I felt so sick and weak that I could barely think that I could make it to work, I found myself singing and declaring …
“Our God is GREATER

God You are HIGHER than any other

Our God is HEALER

Awesome in POWER

Our God, Our God”
And in the midst of praising, I was prompted to slow down and listen to the words that I was singing.
He said … sing it again … and again … and again and LISTEN! He asked me, Who is greater? He also answered: I AM! Who is stronger? I AM!

Who is higher? I AM!

Who is healer? I AM!

Who is powerful? I AM!
SEE!!! At this point in time, you don’t need to be strong because I AM STRONGER! Lean on ME and trust ME that I will gather you in my arms and carry you close to My heart. I will gently lead you. I will guide you. I will strengthen you for My strength is made perfect for your weaknesses!
I continued to declare that morning … “I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might!” And He said again, listen to what you’re saying again. You are strong IN ME and in the power of MY MIGHT! Trust Me and lean not on your own understanding. I will see you through the day!
When I needed strength, He became my strength and that freed me from forcing myself to be strong. Instead, when I heard His still small voice that He will carry me, all my weakness dissipated and joy filled my heart that brought strength to my bones. Truly, the JOY of the Lord is our strength. That is the unforced rhythm of His grace which is fully motivated by His love for you and me. His love is unfailing.
Thank You, Jesus …
“Each time He said, “My GRACE is ALL you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.”

‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭12:9‬ ‭NLT‬‬
