Acts 27:23-25 “For last night an angel of God to whom I belong and whom I serve stood beside me, and he said, ‘Don’t be afraid, Paul, for you will surely stand before Caesar! What’s more, God in His goodness has granted safety to everyone sailing with you. So take courage! For I believe God. It will be just as He said.'”
The more you continue developing your relationship with God, the closer you get to Him; which means the more you hear His voice and the plans He has for your life. He reveals them to you to encourage you by what lays ahead. So that when you face difficult times, you know you will get through them. The hard times will not crush you nor destroy you, they will only make you stronger and better by the grace of God at work in your life.
As you become more aware of God’s plans for your life, the less fear controls you, the more confident you become of the grace that is at work in your life, which not only affects you, but also the people around you. Your destiny could even save the people around you, just like the angel told Paul!
Have you sought God about His will for your life? Are you aware of His plans? The Bible says it is only His plans that prevail. That’s why Paul confidently declared “I believe God. It will be just as He said.”
“Reveal Your plans for my life, Lord. Let Your will be clear to me so that I know what to do, where to go, who to align with. Let me be sensitive to Your promptings and leading. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”
