Let Go And Expect

When challenges come, always look at it in the lens of a stepping up! Christ in you, the HOPE of glory, always postures us to have a confident expectation of something good that will come out from it.

A great testing always brings out the best in us. Do you know why? Because when we see a seemingly “dead-end” road, there is no other way but we look up and cry out for HELP that comes from the One Who never ignores us. When He comes and pours His strength, His grace, His love, His mercy, HIMSELF in us, that actually becomes our BEST.
In and of our own ability, we contain ourselves within the limitations of ourselves but when we look up and put our faith and trust on the One Who is faithful and true, there is only one way that He’ll take us and that is UP! Something better and greater awaits.
God always takes us from line upon line, from precept upon precept, from strength to strength, from faith to faith, from glory to glory! With and in Him is always an upward spiral because that’s Who He is. There is NO DEFEAT in Him.
Come to think of it, what really matters most is not what’s happening TO us but what’s happening IN us. We may see a “not so good” situation we are in today but when we look inside of us and see a “VICTORIOUS believer” believing that God ALWAYS causes us to triumph IN Christ, no amount of waves and winds can capsize our boat unless we allow the cares of this world to get into us.
Life is never without a challenge but how we respond to these challenges determines the outcome of it. Think VICTORY! Jesus already conquered the grave and death has lost its sting .. so BE OF GOOD CHEER .. He has overcome the world. He deprived it of its power to harm us and have conquered it for us.
“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 NIV
