Psalm 119:105 “Your Word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.”
There are times when you face a fork in the road of your life and a decision has to be made, or you may be facing a situation that is confusing and you can’t make heads or tails of it, or you may be wanting to start something new and are wondering if it’s the right thing for you, come before His Presence and ask for His light of guidance and wisdom.
He gives His advice freely and His wisdom liberally. He wants to be involved in your decision-making because He knows what’s best. He can see your life from a higher perspective. He can see what’s ahead that you don’t see and may be protecting you from those pitfalls. Ask Him to show you and He will because He is your Daddy-God and He wants what’s best for you.
“Abba, let Your light shine on the road ahead of me. Guide me by Your Holy Spirit and show me how to live my life. Guide me in the decisions I need to make. I don’t want to be emotional but Spirit-led. Open my eyes from any blind spots, open my ears so I can hear Your voice clearly. I place my life in Your hands, be glorified in my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.”
