Let’s All Be Rooted and Grounded In Love

Ephesians 3:17-18 “That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height—”
As the glory of God fills your soul more and more, His character is developed and formed. Christ takes up more space in your inner man and it becomes more evident in the way you talk and conduct yourself. As His glory brings healing, His love becomes more real. You become more rooted and grounded in His love. The more healed you become, the easier it becomes to believe in His love for you. It takes someone rooted and grounded in His love, to continue believing even when chaos is happening around you, when storms rage around you pushing you to doubt His love for You. The more whole you are in you are in your soul, His love can grow deeper roots until you become so established in Him, nothing can shake you away from Him.
“Life is not always easy. Challenges and trials come my way, but You promised that through all of them, You are always with me. As I put my trust in You, keep my focus on You, on Your Blood that continually washes me, and Your glory that works in me, I know that You are rooting me in Your love so that I can always be confident not in my own strength, but in Yours. Your work is to form Christ in me that He may be glorified through my life. Thank You for Your grace, that even though I may still have weaknesses and experience failures, I am still Yours, confident in Your love. In Jesus’ Name, amen!”
